OGITECH SUG: Rvee Dot finally declares to run for 2022 presidency

Dear OGITITES, it trills me with great sense of enthusiasm and penchant humility to make this milestone declaration.

It is undoubtedly agreeable that perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we would achieve excellence.

The last few weeks has been ever intense, with contacts upon contact  and mind rubbings all in the quest of how we could sustain a journey filled with promises and hope.

Mathama Gandhi once quote and I iterate , let your thought be positive because your thought becomes your words , let your words be positive because your words becomes your behavior, let your behavior be positive because your behavior becomes your habit , let your habit be positive because your habits becomes your values , let your values be positive because your values becomes your destiny .

After vividly understanding this quote of an Indian lawyer and a social activist . I have carefully evaluated  my chances and  I Abdullahi Adedotun Olalekan with the sobriquet Rvee Dot Oshatiri Skimpete, an HND (1)one student of Ogun State Institute Of Technology, Igbesa from the Department of Computer Science  have finally answered the clarion call by joining in the race to serve as the *student union president of Ogun State Institute Of Technology, Igbesa 2022/2023 academic session .*

Personal  quest, fame, fun or frivolity did not derive me into this contest but rather my resolve was driven out of benevolence and collective idea of like minds geared towards a goal driven direction of student  emancipation and uplifting the OGITECHSU  to the rightful position we are all longing for.

My Fellow students , It’s our collective interest to contribute in transforming this Institution by exhibiting  all inclusive and purposeful leadership skills that will reinvigorate more policies and programs geared toward ameliorating the plights of our  students.

_Change would not come if we wait for some person or some other time, we are that person we have been waiting for , now is the time for the change that we seek_
